Bonjour, commet ca va? (Hello, how are you?) We are a 100% Cajun family from da bayous of Chauvin/Montegut deep down in da swamps of South Louisiana! We decided to trade da swampy marshlands of da south for a chance of sum good ole country livin here in Pulaski, Tennessee. South Louisiana is known for letting the good times roll, (Laissez Le bon temps rouler), great food (C’est Bon), an always having something extra (Lagniappe). We would like to become your one-stop shop for true authentic Cajun cookin! Thank you! (now let’s COOK SUM RICE!!!!!)
